Trainee Program
... in a dynamic work environment, in which you can contribute your personal strengths, have an active influence, and be entrusted with responsibilities. Every year, within a 12-month training program, we offer an entry-level position to 14 young people, each tailor-made for their particular strengths, achievements, and qualifications.
The program will begin with a kick-off event. On that day, you will receive in-depth information all about the ALBA Group, and get your first look at your program schedule.
As a trainee at the ALBA Group, you will spend two to four months at a time in various parts of the business, at different locations and subsidiaries. At every one of these stopping points, you will be entrusted from the start with a significant amount of responsibility in day-to-day business and in ongoing projects. You will work directly with management and, as a motivated junior employee, you will be the focus of the ALBA Group’s executive directors. In the course of completing assignments across all sectors, you will be laying the cornerstone for your future career challenges within the ALBA Group.
During the traineeship period, you have a personal mentor at each station, as well as the support of Human Resources. Over and above this, we will support your professional and personal development, in the Development Program specially geared to the needs of our trainees. In addition, we will encourage you to trade experiences with numerous management staff and other trainees of the ALBA Group in our Business Administration Workshops.
