Vocational training is very important at ALBA Group. Every year, the firms that belong to the ALBA Group create new training positions in order to give young people leaving school the chance to begin their working careers. Ever since 2003, new training positions have been created on an ongoing basis as part of our own training initiative.
We offer you high-quality vocational training in different branches of our company. We integrate you in daily operations as well as in departmental projects. In this way, we provide you with an intensive background that you will be able to apply later on to carry out demanding work assignments in the company.

Vocational Training
"Our student trainees are the specialists of the future!" – This is why vocational training is of such importance to the ALBA Group. The chances of finding permanent employment after training are very good; typically, over 70% of our trainees are hired annually. 80 new training positions are created on an ongoing basis, in order to enable young people to get a start on their careers. In total, the ALBA Group offers vocational training in different management and technical areas.
Professional trade and personal skills can only be successfully developed if they are rooted in high-level professional vocational training. For the ALBA Group member companies, training is of great importance. We try to give young people a chance at starting their working careers by creating new vocational training positions every year.
In addition, the companies in the ALBA Group are very committed in terms of vocational training, and they promote cooperation with the “TeamWork for Germany” program. This is an initiative with the Federal Ministry of Economics and Labour, together with committed citizens in politic groups, churches, cultural organisations, business, and the community at large. Together with a growing number of people from all social groups, we are creating a network against unemployment.

- You are competent in computer literacy
